Content and Responsibility
PlayTube acts solely as a hosting service provider and does not perform prior control of uploaded content.
Each user who uploads or shares content declares that they possess all necessary rights to it and bear full responsibility for its legality.

The site may contain embedded links from third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content or policies and cannot guarantee their accuracy.

Private Messages and Abuse Prevention

The Site may use automated systems and technical measures to detect spam, abuse, fraud, malicious activity, unauthorized automated usage, security threats, and other violations of these Terms.

Private messages are not routinely reviewed by moderators. However, if a user report is received or automated systems reasonably identify suspicious activity, the Site reserves the right to review the relevant messages, account activity, and related content to the extent reasonably necessary to investigate the matter, enforce these Terms, protect users, and maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

Users acknowledge and agree that such reviews may be conducted when reasonably necessary for the prevention of abuse, fraud, illegal activities, or violations of these Terms.

Prohibited Content
It is forbidden to publish materials that are copyrighted without permission, obscene, illegal, violent, defamatory, discriminatory, promote hate, pornography, abuse, or illegal actions, or contain viruses, malicious code, or links to illegal sources.

Users are not allowed to share Telegram channels, Facebook groups, Discord servers, or other external services with similar content.

Violation Procedure
Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, PlayTube will act as soon as reasonably practicable to restrict access to the reported content.

Users who repeatedly violate copyrights or upload prohibited content will be permanently banned, and their functions disabled.

PlayTube is not obliged to proactively monitor uploaded content and responds only upon receiving a valid report.

Changes to the Terms
PlayTube reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately after being published on the website.
